MEMORANDUM DECISION

ROBERT D. MARTIN, Chief Judge.

This is a turnover action filed by the trustee, William J. Rameker, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 542. The issue before the court is whether the debtor, John B. Wit-tenwyler, must turn over three vehicles to the trustee for liquidation because equity existing in the vehicles is property of the estate.

On September 17, 1985, the debtor borrowed $5,500.00 from the State Bank of Mount Horeb (“the bank”) and granted the bank a security interest in a 1984 Oldsmobile, a 1979 Dodge truck, and a 1977 Kawasaki cycle. On October 11,1985, the debtor filed his…
