On October 12, 1906, A. R. Keltner and Gr. H. Blaydes entered into a contract whereby the former, in consideration of $2,000 to be paid, evidenced by a note of that date due on or before December 1, 1906, and bearing interest from date, agreed to convey to the latter upon payment of the note a tract of land in Metcalfe county containing 300 acres.
