[ 700] This is an original proceeding in prohibition Avherein the relator contends that the respondent does not have jurisdiction to hear and determine an adoption proceeding now pending in the juvenile division of the circuit court of St. Louis County.

Respondent concedes that relator has correctly stated the facts in his brief. We will therefore adopt relator’s statement of the facts.
