On May 5, 1921, the mayor and board of aldermen of the town of Crystal Springs, Miss., passed an ordinance extending the corporate limits of the said town; an election was ordered resulting in a vote in favor of the extension. The appellee Moreton and others living within the territory proposed to be included filed an appeal to the circuit court, where the c'ase was tried, resulting in a judgment against the proposed extension.
