Shane W. Crowe appeals from a jury conviction on one felony count of possession of methamphetamine and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. In his first point on appeal, Crowe argues that by refusing to consider him for drug court participation, the trial court improperly punished him for exercis ing his right to a jury trial. Crowe alleges in his second point that the trial court erred in overruling his objection to portions of the State’s closing argument.
