MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

This matter is presently before the Court on the motion of defendant Leo J. Raymond Jr. to dismiss the action for lack of subject matter jurisdiction, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(1). Defendant Raymond is a resident of Rhode Island. 1 Plaintiff Connecticut National Bank (“CNB”) is a federally chartered bank with its principal place of business in Hartford, Connecticut.
