A decree was entered in this case on a creditor’s bill in favor of Robert D. Lay, appellee, and against Gustave Myers and Pauline A. Myers, appellants, and the five insurance companies hereinafter named, that the sale and assignment of the renewal commissions by Gustave Myers to Pauline A. Myers, his wife, dated January 15, 1908, be set aside and declared null and void as fraudulent; that O. H.
