HAMLIN, Justice.
The defendants appeal from a judgment of the district court annulling and setting aside Order No. 8373 of the Louisiana Public Service Commission and authorizing The Texas & Pacific Railway Company to immediately close and discontinue the operations of its Palmetto, Louisiana, Agency Station. (Art.
