-Action to set aside a sheriff’s deed as substitute trustee in a deed of trust. The deed conveyed certain land in Linn County, Mo., to the defendants Switzer as purchasers at a sale under the deed of trust. The foreclosure was for default in payment of the note secured by tbe deed of trust. Tbe Switzers claim title under tbe sheriff’s deed.
