ZIMMERMAN, Chief Justice:
Shelley Russell appeals the dismissal of her claim for libel against The Standard Corporation (“Standard”) on the ground that her claim is barred by the applicable statute of limitations. We affirm.
The material facts in this case are not disputed. On November 26, 1992, Standard published an article in the Ogden Standard Examiner (“Standard Examiner*'), an Ogden newspaper with approximately 63,000 subscribers.
