This matter derives from Plaintiff Steven Graber’s lawsuit against Defendants United States of America (“United States”), Metropolitan Life Insurance Company (“Met Life”), Met Life’s Office of Federal Employees Group Life Insurance (“OFEGLI”), and Bruce T. Jones, claiming that Plaintiff is the rightful beneficiary to the proceeds of his deceased wife’s Federal Employees’ Group Life Insurance (“FEG-LI”) policy.
