This is an action on a fire insurance policy. There was a verdict and judgment in fávor of plaintiffs in the sum of $2600 and defendant has appealed.

The facts show that defendant is a farmers mutual fire insurance company, located at Mendon, Chariton county; that on the 7th day of July, 1927, defendant issued a fire insurance policy in the amount of $5950, insuring plaintiffs’ property for a period of five years.
