Appeal from a decree of the Circuit Court’ for Wicomico County (Page, C. J.), dissolving an injunction and dismissing the bill of complaint.

The Salisbury Permanent Building and Loan Association filed a bill in equity against the County Commissioners of Wicomico County, and John W. Farlow, Collector of Taxes. The object of the suit was to obtain an injunction forbidding the Collector to collect certain taxes according to the assess*617ment and valuation made by the State Board of Appeals. A preliminary injunction was granted, but on the filing of the answer it was dissolved and the bill dismissed. The complainant has appealed.
