REYNOLDS, Justice.

Summary judgment was rendered favorable to the successor administratrix of a first deceased husband’s estate in her declaratory judgment action brought against the independent executor of the later deceased wife’s estate, and an impleaded bank and gin allegedly possessing estate properties, to determine the rights, and to recover the title to and possession of properties passing and vesting, under the joint and mutual will of the decedents.
