Tbis is an action involving a claim against tbe Check Forgery Insurance Fund under 31 U.S.C. §§ 561, 564 (1964) and 31 C.F.B. §§ 359.0-359.4. Plaintiffs in this suit are tbe co-administratrices of tbe estate of Sarilla L. Whitlock, deceased.

*300In October 1960, Mrs. Wbitlock, a widow, who resided in Alameda County, California, fell and injured her hip. Thereafter, she was confined to a convalescent hospital until her death in 1965.
