—In an action to recover damages for medical malpractice, the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Dunkin, J.), dated November 29, 1991, which granted the motion of the *443defendant Jian Chu Yu to dismiss the complaint insofar as it is asserted against him.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
