OPINION

FRIEDLANDER, Judge.

Putnamville Correctional Facility (Put-namville) appeals the Putnam Circuit Court’s judgment enforcing an Award of the Indiana Worker’s Compensation Board (the Board) in favor of Robin Church, pursuant to Ind.Code Ann. § 22-3-4-9(a) (West 2005). Putnamville presents the following restated issues for review:
