On the 21st day of November, 1908, the Southern Power Company, appellee, entered into a contract with the High Point Electric Company to sell it electricity for redistribution in the city of High Point for the period of 10 years, and on the 23d day of December, 1908, likewise entered into a contract with the Greensboro Electric Company to sell it electricity for redistribution in the city of Greensboro for the period of 10 years.
