G. KENDALL SHARP, District Judge.
This case was tried before the court without a jury on April 11-13, 1989. Judgment was entered on April 19, 1989, in favor of defendants in the amount of $175,000.00 with prejudgment interest and post-judgment interest thereon as well as costs. Based upon the testimony and evidence admitted at trial, the facts admitted in the joint pretrial stipulation, and the facts found by the court at trial, the court enters the following findings of fact and conclusions of law pursuant to Rule 52(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
