Appellants are next of kin to Halleck Olson, deceased, and are contestants of an instrument offered for probate as bis will, while respondent is proponent of the will for probate and is executor and one of the principal beneficiaries under the will. The county court admitted the will to. probate and on appeal to the circuit court a trial was had before a jury, which returned a verdict in favor of the validity of the will.
