On December 17, 1965, motions of the various defendants in these actions were argued and submitted. The motions were to quash service of summons.

In each instance a praecipe was filed with the petition calling for service of a copy of the petition and directing that the summons be endorsed in a manner to indicate that the action was one for money only, and setting forth the particular sum claimed in the particular action.
