{¶ 1} The instant appeal emanates from a final judgment of the Portage County Court of Common Pleas. Appellant and cross-appellee, the city of Akron, is seeking the reversal of various determinations made by the trial court regarding its use of the waters contained in part of the Cuyahoga River.
