The facts at this stage of this action are shown by the complaint and affidavits on file.

The plaintiffs are six members of the defendant union, The Grand Lodge of The International Association of Ma*352chinists. Plaintiff King has been a member for twenty years, plaintiff Anderson for twenty-seven, plaintiff Lindsey for twenty-five, plaintiff McGraw for twenty-two, plaintiff Skagen for twenty-one and plaintiff Truax for twenty-six.
