This is a garnishment action hronght in the name of the original defendant in certain personal injury suits, and for the use of the original plaintiffs in said suits, who had recovered judgments against her. It is against the insurance company that had issued a policy in her husband’s name, covering liability in the operation of his automobile. It is based on the clause in the policy which extends coverage to a person using the automobile with the permission of the named insured.
The cause was heard by the court without a jury and resulted in a judgment against the defendant insurance company.…
