Lane Electric Cooperative, Inc. v. Federated Rural Electric Insurance

This is an action on an insurance policy in which plaintiff alleges that defendant, its insurer, breached its obligation to provide coverage for plaintiffs pollution cleanup costs. The trial court granted judgment for plaintiff, and defendant appeals. We affirm.
