In the former District Court of Puerto Rico, San Juan Section, a jury found Nicolás Diaz Figueroa guilty of murder in the second degree. The trial judge subsequently rendered judgment sentencing defendant and appellant to serve *351a term from ten to fifteen years’ imprisonment in the penitentiary. Defendant has appealed to this Court and assigns five errors.
