Raleigh-Wyoming Mining Company prosecutes this writ to a judgment for $6,500.00 rendered on a verdict against it in favor of Earl Nichols, as administrator of Kathleen Nichols, deceased, for her wrongful death.

Kathleen Nichols was fatally injured about 8:15 p. m., June 3, 1930, when she was crushed between two uncoupled loaded coal cars while attempting to pass between them on the way to her home in defendant’s coal camp.
