Plaintiff, Stephen Peppe, a minor, by and through his father, Richard Peppe, Sr. and Richard Peppe, Sr., individually, brought this action against defendants, Mary L. Clow, George A. Martin and their liability insurers State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company and The Travelers Insurance Company for brain damage sustained by the plaintiff, Stephen Peppe when a vehicle owned by Mary L.
