V.S. petitions this Court for review of the Department of Public Welfare’s (DPW)1 July 1, 2014 Final Order upholding the Bureau of Hearings and Appeals’ (BHA) denial of V.S.’ request to expunge her indicated report2 from the ChildLine3 *525& Abuse Registiy (ChildLine).
