The plaintiff Jingli Hu (“Ms. Hu”) seeks in her Complaint to set aside an agreement to purchase real estate that she bought at a foreclosure sale conductedbythedefendantCorpServe,Inc.,SubstituteTrustee(“CorpServe”) and to obtain a refund of her bidder’s deposit.
