The plaintiffs in the above actions move for an order substituting James C. Davis, director-general of railroads, as agent, under section 206 of the Transportation Act, 1920, or the proper person or government agent, as defendant in each of the above-entitled actions, in place of the defendant, the New York *458Central Railroad Company, and amending or changing the pleadings and titles in said actions accordingly.
