MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
PATRICIA A. CLARK, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter is before the Court upon the debtor-in-possession’s, Miniscribe Corporation’s (Miniscribe), complaint to recover alleged preferential transfers to Keymarc, Inc., (Keymarc).
The relevant facts are as follows. Minis-cribe was a corporation whose primary business involved the design, manufacture and sale of computer disk drives, to provide mass data storage for computer use.
