The action was brought by plaintiff to recover for personal injuries which she alleges she sustained by reason of the negligence of a motorman of the defendant, plaintiff claiming that, at the time she received the injuries for which she sues, she she was in the exercise of due care on her part. We are of the opinion, under the admitted facts as disclosed by the evidence, that plaintiff, at the time she received her injuries, was herself guilty of such negligence as precludes any recovery against the defendant.
