On June 11, 2013, the Court entered an Order (Document No. 36) granting Defendants’ Opposed Motion to Vacate Attachment and Dismiss Complaint (Document No. 22). The Court’s ruling was based on the motion, submissions, applicable law, and oral arguments presented to the Court on Monday, June 10, 2013, at a hearing in open court.
