The opinion of the Court was delivered by The action here was brought against the defendant for $382.20, as damages for the loss of certain contents from a trunk which was delivered to the defendant for transportation beginning at Chester, S.C. and ending at Anglewood, Ill.; said trunk containing the baggage belonging to three persons traveling on tickets issued by the defendant from said Chester, S.C. to Anglewood, Ill.
