This matter is before the Court on a Notice of Removal from the Circuit Court for the City of Virginia Beach, Virginia, and a Motion to Dismiss filed by Defendants Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. (“Wells Fargo”) and Samuel I. White, P.C. (“Trustee” and, collectively with Wells Fargo, “Defendants”), as well as a Motion to Remand filed by Plaintiff Michele Mosley (“Plaintiff’).
