At issue is whether the negligence of Southeastern Insurance Agency, *1009Inc. (Southeastern), was the proximate cause of a loss sustained by Lumbermens Mutual Insurance Company (Lumbermens), thereby entitling Lumbermens to indemnification from Southeastern.
