FLY, Associate Justice.
This is a suit brought by the defendant inerror against plaintiff in error to recover taxes for a number of years on-certain real and personal property. The cause was tried by the court and resulted in a judgment for defendant in error.
We find that the taxes recovered were lawfully levied and lawfully assessed, and were due by plaintiff in error to the defendant in error.
