This is an employee’s petition to review a preliminary agreement entered into between him and his employer and a final decree of the Workmen’s Compensation Commission. The petition alleges that the employee is now partially incapacitated; that the agreement is erroneous because it misdescribes his injuries and fails to set forth his correct average weekly wage; and that he is entitled to specific compensation payments.
