¶1 The Plaintiff, Tungsten Holdings, Inc., brought this action to quiet title to real property in the District Court for the Nineteenth Judicial District in Lincoln County. The District Court entered judgment in favor of Tungsten based on its conclusion that the Appellant, Marie Parker, had not acquired title to the property by adverse possession. Parker appeals from the judgment and Tungsten cross-appeals the District Court’s holding that a prior lawsuit did not interrupt the five year period for adverse possession.
