MEMORANDUM OPINION
ERIC L. FRANK, Bankruptcy Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
On November 16, 2009, David Cutler Industries, Ltd. (“DCI”) filed a chapter 11 bankruptcy petition in this court. In the three (3) months that followed, DCI filed six (6) adversary proceedings against various defendants, seeking to recover money or property based on various causes of action, including claims under 11 U.S.C. § 547 (preferential transfers), 11 U.S.C. § 548 (fraudulent transfers) and 11 U.S.C. § 542 (request for turnover).
