Perreca v. Perreca

New York Supreme Court

Decided March 26, 1982Published

1Opinion of the Court

OPINION OF THE COURT

Specifically, defendant husband seeks an order granting him leave to conduct an oral deposition of the plaintiff wife seven months after the filing of a statement of readiness.
