*771The plaintiff tripped and fell on a piece of concrete on the sidewalk abutting property owned by the defendants Marvin Heilman and Rozi Heilman (hereinafter the Heilmans). The defendant MMJ Contracting (hereinafter MMJ) was performing construction on the Heilmans’ property.
