The executors of and trustees under the will of Aaron S. Robbins, deceased, institute this proceeding to have determined a lien of an attorney at law, filed by Clarence C. Ferris, against a certain award made to the executors and trustees in certain proceedings in condemnation *115instituted by the city of Hew York under the Greater Hew York charter to acquire title to the lands, tenements and hereditaments required for the purpose of opening Brooklyn avenue from Paerdegat basin to 'Clarkson street in the twenty-ninth ward of the borough of Brooklyn.
