Dorothy Ollie brought breach of contract and tort claims against the Plano Independent School District (PISD), Tamira Griffin, individually and as the PISD’s Executive Director of Human Resources, Douglas Otto, individually and as the PISD’s Superintendent of Schools, and Tammy Richards, individually and as President of the PISD’s Board of Trustees, based on the termination of Ollie’s employment with the PISD.
