This is an action in replevin, brought in a justice’s court by appellant against appellees, to recover the possession of a team of mules, sold by appellant to appellees on December 14, 1926. At the time of the sale, appellant and appellee, John Tyler, entered into an oral agreement for lappellee to cultivate sixty acres of appellant’s land as a sharecropper, and the mules were sold to him to enable him to cultivate the land.
