COLLIER, District Judge.

Before the Court is the Motion for Partial Dismissal filed by Defendants Chattanooga-Hamilton County Hospital Authority, d/b/a Baroness Erlanger Medical Center (“EMC”), Shirley Brackett (“Brackett”), Theresa Anderson (“Anderson”), and James Coleman (“Coleman”) (Court File No. 5). Plaintiffs Glenn Coffey and Diane Coffey filed a Response (Court File No. 14).
