In this direct appeal, David Heisinger claims the district court failed to comply with Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 32(c)(3)(D) at sentencing in violation of Heisinger’s due process rights. We find no error and affirm.

Heisinger pleaded guilty to various drug-related charges and was sentenced to fifteen years imprisonment with a three-year special parole term. At the sentencing hearing Heisinger asserted several factual inaccuracies in his presentence investigation report (PSI).
