This is a proceeding in error brought to review a judgment of the district court of Natrona County, in an action wherein D. L. Shipp, referred to in the record at times as “Dickie L. Shipp,” was plaintiff, and Casper Mutual Building and Loan Association, a corporation, Julion Clawson and Charles Anda, Trustees of said Association, and Evah Herncall were defendants.
