The appellant brought this suit in the Sebastian Circuit Court against the appellees, alleging that on January 6, 1926, Fred Browne, Lee Gf. Sims and Charles S. Holt entered into a lease contract ‘whereby Fred Browne leased to Lee G. Sims and Charles S. Holt a building at 1100 Garrison Avenue on corner of Garrison and Townson avenues, in Fort Smith, Arkansas. The building consisted of a basement, occupied by the People’s Loan & Investment Company, and the first floor, occupied by it.
